Return Policy

Overview

All VRTY Arthouse garments are handcrafted and made to order. Due to the personalized nature at the tine of purchase, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. This policy ensures product integrity and transparency for all customers.

Made-to-Order Production

Each item is individually crafted following order placement. As a result, products are not resold or restored, making traditional returns impossible. Customers are encouraged to review sizing, fit details, and product descriptions carefully before purchase completion.

Order Changes or Cancellations

Orders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, production begins and changes can no longer be made. Customers can contact us immediately if a correction is needed, and we will assist if the order has not yet entered production.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos. We will review the claim and, when verified, provide a replacement at no additional cost. This applies only to manufacturing error, not sizing issues or personal preferences.

Shipping and Delivery Issues

Once an order has shipped, VRTY Arthouse is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier. If a shipment issue occurs, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier, but refunds or replacements are not guaranteed unless a verified production error occurred.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements, shipping information, and order details. Made-to-order garments are produced based on the information submitted at checkout. VRTY Arthouse cannot offer returns or exchanges for sizing errors, incorrect addresses, or buyers remorse.
