Love Month | A Documentation of Queer Identity in the 21st Century

In collaboration with Uplift Outreach Center and Flag Spartanburg | Issued June, 2026

Queer identities are under direct attack in the United States, specifically the transgender community. According to the Trevor Project’s 2025 data, 36% of LGBTQ+ youth have considered suicide, including 40% of trans and nonbinary youth.

In collaboration with the Uplift Outreach Center and PFLAG Spartanburg,, Love Month holds up a mirror. Shot inside of a church, draped in American flags, in Spartanburg South Carolina, this campaign documents what queer life looks like from the inside.
